Sahadev Kelvadi is an award-winning Writer, Director, and Cinematographer from Bangalore, India. He holds an MFA in Film Production from the prestigious NYU Tisch School of the Arts, New York. In 2016, he was nominated for the Volker Bahnemann Cinematography Award, a recognition of his exceptional talent behind the camera.

Sahadev is the co-founder of Ameyukti Studios, an independent film production company based in Bangalore. The studio’s debut feature film, Gantumoote, premiered at the New York Indian Film Festival in 2019, where it won the Best Screenplay Award. Sahadev served as the film’s Director of Photography and Co-producer.

He also worked as the Director of Photography for the popular Indian web series Metropark, showcasing his versatility across formats and genres. His latest feature film Kenda—which he has written, directed, and photographed—is currently in post-production and marks another milestone in his evolving cinematic journey.
